REGULAR MEETING

<br />advised that favorable reports had been received from the
<br />Police Department, Fire Department, Bureau of Traffic and
<br />Lighting, and the Department of Code Enforcement. Upon a
<br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the above application was approved and referred to
<br />the Deputy Controller's.Office for issuance.
<br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - RUBBISH AND GARBAGE
<br />Applications for Rubbish and Garbage Removal Licenses were
<br />received from the following:
<br />William Cowan
<br />56150 Butternut Rd
<br />Elson Shelton
<br />922 S. Olive
<br />Bureau of Solid Waste
<br />3113 Riverside
<br />It was noted that inspections of the trucks to be used had
<br />been conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau and they were found
<br />to be in compliance. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded'by Mr. Hill and carried, the above license applications
<br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for
<br />issuance.
<br />FILE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS
<br />A list containing seventy-one (71) lots ordered cleaned by the
<br />Director of the Department of Code Enforcement was submitted.
<br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean
<br />up the lots and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by
<br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the
<br />environmental list was filed.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill
<br />and carried, the following twenty-six (26) handicapped parking
<br />permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />Office for issuance:
