Mr. Leszczynski further stated that the Board had no authority to approve or disapprove such rate adjustments but that such increasesmustbe filed with the Board and made a part of the public record. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above notification was filed. APPROVE INTENDED USE HEARING ON REVENUE SHARING FUNDS - SUMMER CLEAN-UP PROGRAM City Controller Joseph E. Kernan requested Board,.approval for an intended use hearing on the proposed expenditure of $41,800 in revenue sharing funds to be used for the annual Summer Clean-up Program conducted by the Department of Code Enforcement. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved and a date of March 21, 1983 set for public hearing on the intended use of the revenue sharing :_funds . APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BOND Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., recommended the approval of a Contractor's Bond for Derso Horvath, 56904 Sundown Road, effective March 7, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bond was approved as recommended. APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E. recommended the Board release the Contractor's Bond for James J. Solmos, effective March 7, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bond was released as recommended. APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the following thirteen (13) traffic control devices as recommended by Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting were approved: INSTALL STOP SIGNS - On 27th at Northside Blvd. On 29th at Northside Blvd. On 30th at Northside Blvd. On 31st at Northside Blvd. On 32nd at Northside Blvd. On 33rd at Northside Blvd. On 34th at Northside Blvd. On 35th at Northside Blvd. On 27th at Jefferson Blvd. On 28th at Jefferson Blvd. On 29th at Pleasant Street On Bruce at Webster Street INSTALL YIELD SIGN - On Galway Drive at Sampson Street 1 1
