Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Hill and carried, the above notification was filed. <br />APPROVE INTENDED USE HEARING ON REVENUE SHARING FUNDS - <br />SUMMER CLEAN-UP PROGRAM <br />City Controller Joseph E. Kernan requested Board,.approval for an <br />intended use hearing on the proposed expenditure of $41,800 in <br />revenue sharing funds to be used for the annual Summer Clean-up <br />Program conducted by the Department of Code Enforcement. Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the request was approved and a date of March 21, 1983 <br />set for public hearing on the intended use of the revenue <br />sharing :_funds . <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., recommended the approval of a <br />Contractor's Bond for Derso Horvath, 56904 Sundown Road, <br />effective March 7, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bond was approved <br />as recommended. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E. recommended the Board release the <br />Contractor's Bond for James J. Solmos, effective March 7, 1983. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the above bond was released as recommended. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following thirteen (13) traffic control devices <br />as recommended by Ralph J.
