<br />APPROVE STREET LIGHT REMOVAL - 'MUNICIPAL SERVICES FACILITY
<br />Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and
<br />Lighting, recommended the removal of two 7,000 MV OH WP lights
<br />at the Municipal Services Facility in conjunction with recent
<br />renovations in the yard area. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the recommenda-
<br />tion was approved.
<br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following traffic control devices as recommended
<br />by the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, were approved:
<br />INSTALL NO PARKING - South side of Bellewood, western
<br />1/3 of "block".
<br />REVISE TO STOP SIGN - On Kettering at Crestwood.
<br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Cleveland at LaPorte.
<br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On "New Rush" at Fellows
<br />FILE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEA14-UP OF LOTS
<br />A list containing 53 lots ordered cleaned by the Director of the
<br />Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was submitted. It was
<br />noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the
<br />lots and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the environmental
<br />list was filed.
<br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION
<br />An application for a Rubbish and Garbage Removal License was
<br />received from Tommy L. Jennings, 514 South Sheridan Street.
<br />It was noted that an inspection of the truck to be used by Mr.
<br />Jennings had been inspected by the Solid Waste Bureau and was
<br />found to be in compliance. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above license
<br />application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />Office for issuance.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved
<br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance:

<br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT
<br />The report indicated a total of 301 dogs handled for the month of
<br />November, 184 cats handled and 32 other animals handled for a
<br />total of 517 animals. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski.,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was filed.
