Parmerlee, Clerk <br />APPROVE CONTRACTS - TOWING AND STORAGE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Contracts for the Towing and Storage <br />of Abandoned Vehicles were being submitted to the Board for <br />approval. It was noted that bids for these services were opened <br />by the Board on December 3, 1984, with the bids awarded on <br />December 10, 1984, to Steve and Gene's, 3109 South Gertrude <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana. It was noted that the term of the <br />contracts is January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the above contracts were approved and executed. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 (FINAL) AND PROJECT COMPLETION <br />AFFIDAVITS: <br />1. EAST BANK DEVELOPMENT PHASE I PROJECT <br />2. TWYCKENHAM DRIVE, ANGELA BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REPAIR PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following contractors have <br />submitted Change Orders No. 1 (Final) and Project Completion <br />Affidavits for the following projects: <br />1. EAST BANK DEVELOPMENT PHASE I PROJECT <br />CONTRACTOR: Arco Engineering Construction <br />705 South Beiger Street <br />Mishawaka, Indiana <br />INCREASE: $64,070.85 <br />NEW CONTRACT AMOUNT INCLUDING C.O.: $183,880.85 <br />2. TWYCKENHAM DRIVE, ANGELA BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REPAIR <br />PROJECT <br />CONTRACTOR: Rieth-Riley Construction Company, Inc. <br />P.O. Box 1775 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />DECREASE: $7,517.73 <br />NEW CONTRACT AMOUNT INCLUDING C.O.: $173,561.17 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above Change Orders No. 1 (Final) and Project <br />Completion Affidavits indicating the new final costs were approved <br />subject to the filing of the appropriate three-year Maintenance <br />Bonds. <br />APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVITS: <br />1. ST. JOSEPH STATION - BID PACKET #1 (STRUCTURAL SIDEWALK <br />REPLACEMENT OVER BASEMENT) <br />2. ST. JOSEPH STATION - BID PACKET #2 (SIDEWALK ON -GRADE <br />REPLACEMENT) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Casteel Construction Corporation, <br />P.O.
