420 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 5. 1984 <br />ADDENDUM IV <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />MONROE PARK INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />Addendum IV indicates a revision in A owable Costs further <br />clarifying budget categories as shown in Appendix I and in <br />the Timetable category. The total cost of this activity <br />shall not exceed $76,000.00. Costs may be incurred when <br />the Department of Public Works is notified to proceed by <br />the Division of Community Development. The activity shall <br />commence on August 1, 1983 and shall continue to and include <br />July 31, 1985. <br />ADDENDUM I <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />STUDEBAKER INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR ACTIVITY <br />Addendum I in icates a revision in A owable Costs further <br />clarifying budget categories as shown in Appendix I and in <br />the Timetable category.. The total cost of this activity <br />shall not exceed $168,000.00 Costs may be incurred when <br />the Department of Public Works is notified to proceed by <br />the Division of Community Development. The activity shall <br />commence on May 15, 1984 and shall continue to and include <br />July 31, 1985. <br />ADDENDUM II <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />SPECIAL PUBLIC WORKS ACTIVITY <br />Addendum II indicates a revision in Allowable Costs further <br />clarifying budget categories as shown in Appendix I and in <br />the Targeted Goals category. The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $86,500.00. Costs may be <br />incurred when the Department of Public Works is notified <br />to proceed by the Division of Community Development. The <br />activity shall commence on August 28, 1984 and shall <br />continue to and include July 31, 1985. The targeted goals <br />for this activity are: <br />1. Coversion of Washington Street from one-way <br />thoroughfare to a two-way. The two-way conversion <br />will take place from St. Joseph Street on the east <br />and continue to and include William Street on the <br />west. <br />2. Replacement and repair of curbs and sidewalks on <br />Chapin and Napier Streets which are located in the <br />Community Development Neighborhood Revitalization Area. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above Community Development Addenda -were approved <br />and executed. <br />APPROVE REQUEST OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY.DEMOCRATIC CENTRAL <br />COMMITTEE TO USE PUBLIC BUILDINGS FOR VOTING PURPOSE'S <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. C. J. Pajakowski, Chairman, St. <br />Joseph County Democratic Central Committee, P.O.
