419 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 5. 1984 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has reviewed said <br />inventory of real property and it finds that certain of <br />the parcels of real estate now owned by the City of South <br />Bend are not necessary to the public use and are not set <br />aside by State and City laws for public purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works now wishes to take <br />the necessary action to make it possible for the Board, <br />in the future, to sell said parcels of real estate <br />pursuant to State Statutes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public <br />Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />That the parcels of real estate owned by <br />the City contained in the following list <br />are not necessary to the public use and <br />are not set aside by State or City laws <br />for public purposes: <br />ADDRESS: DEED NO. <br />1614 High Street 1077 <br />323 Cushing Street 837 <br />809 Oak Street 1215 <br />615 S. Parmerlee, Clerk <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADDENDA <br />The following Community Development addenda were presented to <br />the Board for approval: <br />ADDENDUM III <br />BUREAU OF HOUSING <br />PAINT -UP, REPAIR, AND 14EATHERIZATION PROGRAM <br />A den um III indicates a revision in. Allowable Costs further <br />clarifying budget categories. The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $105,000.00. Personnel costs <br />shall not exceed $40,000.00 as described in Appendix II. <br />ADDENDUM II <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />WESTERN AVENUE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />Addendum II indicates that the Timetable shall be revised <br />in the following manner: Costs may be incurred when the <br />Department of Public Works isno-tified to proceed with the <br />Western Avenue Public Improvements Activity by the <br />Division of Community Development. The activity shall <br />commence on August 1, 1983 and shall continue to and <br />include July 31, 1985. <br />ADDENDUM II <br />BUREAU OF HOUSING <br />BUREAU OF HOUSING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY <br />Addendum II indicates a revision in Allowable Costs further <br />clarifying budget categories as shown in Appendix I and in <br />the Timetable category. The total cost of this activity <br />shall not exceed $39,000.00. Costs may be incurred when the <br />Bureau of Housing is notified to proceed by the Division of <br />Community Development. The activity shall commence on <br />August 1, 1983 and shall continue to and include, July 31, 1985. <br />
