<br />were opened and publicly read:

<br />PROPERTY AT 615 SOUTH FELLOWS, 1614 HIGH STREET,
<br />323 CUSHING STREET AND 809 OAK STREET
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following Resolution No. 24-1984 for the sale of the
<br />above referred to City -owned properties was adopted:

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana, has compiled a current detailed inventory of
<br />all real property owned by the City of South Bend; and
