Michigan & Twyckenharm (DO NOT INTERSECT) <br />Therefore, the following remaining intersections, plus those <br />intersections listed under Roman Numeral #1 over which the <br />City of South Bend has partial jurisdiction are recommended <br />for approval: <br />1. <br />Ironwood & Edison <br />2. <br />3. <br />Lafayette & Colfax <br />Michigan & Ewing <br />4. <br />Michigan & Chippewa <br />5. <br />Mishawaka Ave. & Ironwood <br />6. <br />Portage & Angela <br />7. <br />Western & Lombardy <br />It was noted that all �o.lic•itations must be conducted from <br />the sidewalks only and individuals are not allowed'to solicit <br />in the streets. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance <br />and carried, the above recommendation was accepted and the <br />request approved for the above referred to seven (7) inter- <br />sections plus the three (3) over which the City has partial <br />jurisdiction. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEETS - CAMDEN/HOWARD & NILES PAVEMENT <br />PROJECT AND SOUTH BEND AVENUE (NHS) PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheets for the above <br />referred to projects were being presented at this time for <br />execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Vance and carried, the above Title Sheets were <br />approved and signed. <br />ACCEPT AND APPROVE PLATS OF DEDICATION - MONROE/SAMPLE <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA AND KENSINGTON FARMS EAST P.U.D. <br />FARNSWORTH DRIVE <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Plat of Dedication for the <br />Monroe/Sample Redevelopment Area is for Parts of Lots 73 <br />and 65 in J. Rush's 4th Addition along with that Section <br />of the vacated fourteen (14) foot alley lying between said <br />Lots, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and <br />is being dedicated to the City from the Redevelopment Com- <br />mission on behalf of its Department of Redevelopment. <br />
