Pfotenhauer submitted to the Board for <br />approval Agreements for Easements with Senor Kelly's, 119 North <br />Michigan Street, French Market Restaurant, 123 North Michigan <br />Street and Coney Island Restaurant, 125 North Michigan Street, <br />which permit the restaurants to use a portion.of public sidewalk <br />for the placement of tables and chairs for use by restaurant <br />patrons. The Agreements indicate that the easements are temporary <br />and will expire on November 30, 1984. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr.. Vance and carried, the above Agreements <br />for Easement were approved and executed. <br />
