APPROVE AGREEMENTS FOR EASEMENT - SENOR KELLY'S, FRENCH MARKET AND CONEY ISLAND RESTAURANTS Board Attorney Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer submitted to the Board for approval Agreements for Easements with Senor Kelly's, 119 North Michigan Street, French Market Restaurant, 123 North Michigan Street and Coney Island Restaurant, 125 North Michigan Street, which permit the restaurants to use a portion.of public sidewalk for the placement of tables and chairs for use by restaurant patrons. The Agreements indicate that the easements are temporary and will expire on November 30, 1984. Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr.. Vance and carried, the above Agreements for Easement were approved and executed.
