Holston, Director, Bureau of Housing, submitted <br />to the Board for review and approval the revised guidelines <br />for the 203(k) Mortgage Subsidy Program. She indicated that <br />these guidelines have been revised to bring the income limits <br />on the program within HUD's Section 8 income limits and also <br />to streamline several facets of the program's processing <br />procedures. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above guidelines were approved. <br />APPROVE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY JOB TRAINING PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br />(REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES - ONE HALF-TIME DEPUTY ATTORNEY) <br />Mr. Leszczynski presented to the Board a St. Joseph County <br />Job Training Program Agreement Form for Reimbursement of <br />Services. The Agreement is between the St. Joseph County <br />Job Training Program and the City of South Bend, covers the <br />period October 1, 1983 to March 31, 1984 and is in the amount <br />of $5,300.00. The Agreement indicated that the Job Training <br />Program (JTP).will retain the services of one half-time <br />Deputy City Attorney. This individual will be heavily <br />involved in assisting with closeout activities associated with <br />CETA from.10/1/83 through 3/3.1/84. During this period, the <br />wages and fringe benefits of a Deputy City Attorney will be <br />paid with CETA Closeout funds. It was further noted that this <br />Agreement is contingent on the availability of CETA Closeout <br />Funds. Should funds not be allocated or should they be delayed, <br />the Agency agrees to suspend all operations and expenditures <br />within forty-eight (48) hours of the receipt of written notice. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the above agreement was approved and executed. <br />APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT - CALVERT STREET WEST <br />OF MAPLE ROAD (H. DE WULF MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR, INC.) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that H. DeWulf Mechanical Contractor,.. <br />Inc., 58600 Executive Drive, Mishawaka, Indiana, submitted a <br />Project Completion Affidavit indicating a final contract cost <br />of $813,968.40. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the Project Completion <br />Affidavit was approved and the appropriate three-year <br />Maintenance Bond filed. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEETS - MAPLE ROAD SEWERS AND <br />MAPLE ROAD PAVEMENT PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Title Sheets for the above <br />referred to projects were being presented at this time <br />for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Title Sheets <br />were approved and signed. <br />
