Box 2883 South Bend, Indiana 46680 Vehicles No. 1 $21.75 2 16.75 3 16.75 4 16.75 5 16.75 6 125.75 Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the following bid was awarded: Steve & Gene's Auto Salvage - Vehicles No. 1 $21.75 2 16.75 3 16.75 4 16.75 5 16.75 6 125.75 TOTAL: $214.50 APPROVE STATE OF INDIANA INDUSTRIAL PROMOTION MATCHING PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Ms. Loren Rooney, Department of Economic Development, advised that the Department has submitted to the Board for approval a Grant Agreement between the State of Indiana Department of Commerce and the City of South Bend Board of Public Works on behalf of the Department of Economic Development, which contains the requirements and specifications associated with receiving monies from the Industrial Promotion Matching Program as well as the budget necessary to complete the project of preparing a Business Development Incentives Brochure. The total cost of the project is $14,303.00, with the matching grant providing one-half ($7,151.00) of the project cost. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed.
