REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 25, 1985 <br />no police escort will be provided and participants are to stay on <br />the sidewalks and obey all traffic signals. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above <br />recommendation was accepted and the request approved. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION - RUBBISH AND GARBAGE <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following four (4) Rubbish and <br />Garbage license applications have been received: <br />1. Charlie Gill <br />104 E. Broadway, S.B. <br />2. Hurie Lee Hetteson <br />1054 Georgiana, S.B. <br />3. Clarence Taylor <br />1635 S. Franklin, S.B. <br />4. James Scott <br />2629 Newcome St., S.B. <br />It was noted that inspections of the trucks to be used had been <br />conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau and all applicants were found <br />to be in compliance. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above license applications <br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for <br />issuance. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the following four (4) handicapped parking permit <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance of permits: <br />1. Fannie Walton, 316 N. Scott, S.B. <br />2. Emery F. Molnar, 1147 Blaine, S.B. <br />3. Ben Raymond Jones, R.R. 3, Box 54, New Carlisle <br />4. Therese Ann Fahey (Lillian, mother), 3207 Corby, S.B. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the following five (5) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />REVISE TO 1 HOUR HANDICAP PARKING - 100 S. Lafayette - <br />East side of 100 S. Lafayette - lst space north of <br />Jefferson. (Corrected from approval of March <br />18, 1985.) By: Bureau of Traffic & Lighting. <br />REVISE TO 2 HOUR PARKING 6AM - 6PM - 3602 Sample. <br />(Requested by - American Royal, Inc.) <br />REVISE TO 2 HOUR PARKING 6AM - 6PM - 500 N. Michigan <br />(East side - North half block) (Seasonal signs). <br />REVISE TO PARKING - 300 LaMonte Terrace (South side) <br />(Seasonal signs). <br />REVISE TO TOW -AWAY ZONE - On Franklin Street between <br />Sample and Garst - East side. (Addition to No <br />Parking this side.) Requested by: Capt. E. Friend. <br />
