120 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 25, 1985 <br />APPROVE AND RELEASE CONTRACTOR'S BONDS <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Contractor's Bond for Marvin A. Crayton Construction Company be <br />approved effective March 25, 1985. Additionally, Mr. Humphrey <br />recommended that the Contractor's Bond for B & G Construction <br />Company, Inc., be released effective March 25, 1985. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the above recommendations were accepted and the bond of <br />Crayton Construction was approved and the bond of B & G <br />Construction was released. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Excavation Bond for B & G Construction Company, Inc., be released <br />effective March 25, 1985. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the above referred to <br />Excavation Bond was released. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and <br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Trans Tech Electric, <br />Inc., P.O. Box 3915, South Bend, Indiana, was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of twenty (20) properties cleaned from March 18, 1985 to <br />March 22, 1985, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Jane Cleaver, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program submitted a list containing forty-one (41) claims <br />and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City Controller <br />Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket No. 6376 through Claim <br />Docket No. 7174 and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Vance, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the claims were <br />approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:40 <br />ATTES <br />Sandra M.
