REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 1985 <br />recommendation from the Police Department. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above <br />license application was approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's office for issuance of a license. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following four (4) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION - STOP SIGN - On Cherry Tree Lane <br />at Rockne Drive. (Uncontrolled "T"). <br />REVISE TO 30 MIN. PARKING 6:00 AM TO 6:00 PM - <br />327-333 Lincolnway West (Wygant Floral Shop). <br />Requested by business to promote curb space <br />turnover. <br />REVISE TO NO PARKING - 2304 Lincolnway West <br />(Coleman Rentals). (Remove parking for <br />greater sight distance, for exiting traffic). <br />REVISE TO NO PARKING - 103 South Eddy. (Dr. <br />Michael Johns). (Remove parking for greater <br />sight distance for exiting traffic from drive, <br />in rear of 103 South Eddy. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Contractor's Bond for Floyd J. Wachowiak Concrete Company be <br />approved effective February 11, 1985. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above <br />Contractor's Bond was approved. <br />APPROVE REQUEST OF DYE PLUMBING AND HEATING, INC. TO ERECT <br />TEMPORARY TRAILER <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting <br />and Mr. Jack Mathews, Building Commissioner, have reviewed this <br />requested submitted to the Board on February 4, 1985, and have no <br />objections to the placement of the trailer on Navarre Street for a <br />period of 6-8 weeks, subject to Type I Flasher barricades being <br />erected and maintained at each end and on the traffic side of the <br />trailer. Additionally, Dye Plumbing and Heating, Inc., will be <br />advised that an Occupancy Permit will be required and can be <br />secured from the Building Department. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above request <br />was approved. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the following three (3) handicapped parking permit <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controllerls <br />office for issuance of permits: <br />Mary L. Shirk, 3903 Ardmore, S.B. <br />William V. Ball, 831 S. 35th St., S.B. <br />Michael J. Pecsi, 17260 Douglas Rd., S.B. <br />
