REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 11, 1985 <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of seventeen (17) properties cleaned from February 4, 1985 <br />to February 8, 1985, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, Certificates of Insurance for the following were accepted <br />and filed: <br />1. CARL J. REINKE & SONS, INC. <br />1216 West Sample Street <br />P. 0. Box 3095 <br />South Bend, Indiana 46619 <br />2. LA FREE EXCAVATING, INC. <br />11252 West 3rd Street <br />Osceola, Indiana 46561 <br />3. 0. J. SHOEMAKER, INC. <br />P.O. Box 418 <br />South Bend, Indiana 46624 <br />4. UBELE INSULATION, INC. <br />402 Jackson <br />LaPorte, Indiana 46360 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Jane Cleaver, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program submitted a list containing forty-five (45) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City <br />Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket No. 2563 <br />through Claim Docket No. 2058 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m. <br />Ql�' q� '4L, <br />J n E.
