REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 4, 1985 submitted a Project Completion Affidavit indicating a final cost of $44,624.00 for the above referred to project. He further advised that Change Order No. 1, approved by the Board on October 29, 1984, decreased by $17,900.00 the original contract amount of $62,524.00 making the new contract sum $44,624.00. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was approved and the three-year Maintenance Bond as submitted was filed. APPROVE AMENDED FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL NO. 2992- LANDMARK BUSINESS PARK STORM SEWER AND PAVEMENT PROJECT Mr. Vance advised that an Amended Final Assessment Roll No. 2992 for the Landmark Business Park Storm Sewer and Pavement Project is being presented to the Board at this time. The amended Assessment Roll reflects the current ownership of the property involved in this project. There are no other changes. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, amended Final Assessment Roll No. 2992 as submitted was approved and referred to the County Treasurer's office and the Barrett Law Department for final processing. REQUEST OF ALSAC-ST. JUDE'S CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL TO CONDUCT ANNUAL "SUPERWALK" - MAY 11, 1985 - REFERRED In a letter to the Board, Ms. Annemarie Yanko, Volunteer Chairperson for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital "Superwalk", 57320 Alan Road, South Bend, Indiana, advised that ALSAC-St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would like to conduct "Superwalk" on the public sidewalks and in Potawatomi Park on Saturday, May 11, 1985 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The route to be walked is a short one (1) mile course starting and ending at the small pavilion on Wall Street across from the Potawatomi Park Pool. From there walkers will walk around the block, taking Ironwood to Mishawaka Avenue to Greenlawn back to Wall Street. Walkers will utilize restroom facilities at Potawatomi Park and refreshments will be served in the park. All the proceeds will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help fight against catastrophic diseases in children. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above request was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, Police Department Traffic Division and Park Department for review and recommendation. REQUEST OF DYE PLUMBING AND HEATING, INC. TO ERECT TEMPORARY TRAILER REFERRED In a letter to the Board, Mr. Charles Prestin, Vice -President, Dye Plumbing & Heating, Inc., Mechanical Contractors, 3535 Monroe Street, LaPorte, Indiana, requested permission to park a forty (40) foot storage trailer on Navarre Street adjacent to Memorial Hospital for a duration of six (6) to eight (8) weeks, effective January 29, 1985. The trailer will be used for storage of construction supplies for construction at Memorial Hospital. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above request was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, Police Department Traffic Division and Building Department for review and recommendation. APPROVE SECONDHAND DEALERS LICENSE APPLICATIONS FOR: 1. U.S. AMVETS 2. WESTERN ELECTRONICS OR CHAPIN TV AND REFER SECONDHAND DEALER LICENSE APPLICATION OF THIEVES MARKET TO CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE Mr. Vance advised that the following three (3) secondhand dealers license applications have been received:
