<br />Eyster stated the Police will track that. Mr. Gilot summarized the legal process was followed and
<br />a responsive and responsible proposal was received, so the Board has to proceed legally with the
<br />award or it could be an issue for the Board. Therefore, upon a motion by Mr. Mueller, seconded
<br />by Ms. Maradik and carried, the proposal was awarded to ASAP Towing and Recovery for a one
<br />(1) year term as clarified in the proposal with the Police Department to determine the start date.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa. Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 9 on behalf
<br />of Walsh & Kelly Inc., 24358 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana 46614, indicating the Contract
<br />amount be increased by $191,625 for a new contract sum, including this Change Order, in the
<br />amount of $4,219,461.91. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and
<br />carried, the Change Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — CENTURY CENTER SERVICE COURT

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Rich Estes, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on behalf
<br />of Holladay Construction Group, 227 South Main Street, Ste. 200, South Bend, Indiana 46601_
<br />indicating the contract amount be increased by $22,508 for a new contract sum, including this
<br />Change Order, in the amount of $152,513, and an additional eight (8) days for a new completion
<br />date of January 5, 2017. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and
<br />carried, the Change Order was approved.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Rich Estes, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on behalf
<br />of HRP Construction Inc., 4777 Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana 46628, indicating the
<br />contract amount be increased by $17,457.00 for a new contract sum, including this Change
<br />Order, in the amount of $637,435.99. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms.
<br />Maradik and carried, the Change Order was approved.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Jacob Klosinski, Division of Utilities, has submitted Change Order
<br />No. 5 on behalf of 'fhieneman Construction, Inc., 17241 Foundation Parkway, Suite 100,
<br />Westfield, Indiana 46074, indicating the contract amount be increased by $60,678.12 for a new
<br />contract sum, including this Change Order, in the amount of $12,653,675,87, and an extension of
<br />fifteen (15) days. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the
<br />Change Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 — DEMOLITION OF VACANT AND ABANDONED

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Kevin Fink, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 2 on
<br />behalf of Indiana Earth, 10343 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, Indiana 46561, indicating the contract
<br />amount be increased by $912 for a new contract sum of $104,487. Upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Maradik, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the Change Order was approved.

<br />contract be extended by fourteen (14) days for a new completion date of October 28, 2016.
