Teske - Vehicle No. 13 $69.00 <br />Steve & Gene's - Vehicles No. 1 $ 1.00 <br />2 15.00 <br />3 15.00 <br />4 1.00 <br />5 10.00 <br />6 21.00 <br />7 15.00 <br />8 15.00 <br />9 10.00 <br />10 10.00 <br />11 2.00 <br />12 1.00 <br />14 10.00 <br />TOTAL: $126.00 <br />GRAND TOTAL: $195.00 <br />APPROVE CONTRACT FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES - POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />AND TWO (2) SUBSTATIONS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that pursuant to the award of the bid on <br />November 18, 1986, for pest control services at the Police <br />Department and two (2) substations to Franklin Pest Control of <br />Michiana, Inc., 614 West Calvert Street, South Bend, Indiana, in <br />the amount of $648.00 for calendar year 1987, the appropriate <br />Contract has been submitted for approval and execution. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />Vance and carried, the Contract was approved and executed. <br />APPROVE RAILROAD AGREEMENT (RECONSTRUCTION OF 1400 SOUTH OLIVE <br />STREET CROSSING_ <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Engineering Department has <br />submitted the above referred to Agreement to the Board for <br />approval.
