Public Works agrees to sell to the Park Board for <br />$1.00 and other good and valuable consideration and the <br />Park Board agrees to accept the property described in <br />Attachments A, B, and C. <br />3. The President of Public Works shall have authority <br />to execute the deeds for the Property and any other docu- <br />ments needed to carry out fully the intent of this resolu- <br />tion. <br />4. The President of the Park Board shall have the <br />authority to accept the deeds for the Property and to <br />execute any other documents needed to carry out fully the <br />intent of this resolution. <br />5.
