REGULAR MEETING JULY 7, 1987 Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the Clerk was instructed to forward to the Common Council a favorable recommendation on the above referred to vacation subject to any and all utility easements. OPENING OF BIDS - CAR YEAR BEGINNING AUGUST This was the date set for the above ref errei publication of Notice Tri-County News which bids were opened and WASHES FOR CITY VEHICLES FOR THE CALENDAR 1, 1987 AND ENDING JULY 31, 1988 for receiving and opening of sealed bids i to service. The Clerk tendered proofs of in the South Bend Tribune and the were found to be sufficient. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above bids were referred to the Police Department for review and recommendation. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 16-1987 - SALE OF CITY -OWNED AT 304 SOUTH TAYLOR STREET AND 1034 EAST CEDAR STREET Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the following Resolution No. 16-1987 for the sale of the following City -owned properties was adopted:
