FUFA RIEWALA REGULAR MEETING JUNE 30. 1987 party. Mr. Leszczynski further advised that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and the Police Department Traffic Division have reviewed this request and recommend approval. Additionally, Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and the Police Department Traffic Division have reviewed the requests submitted to the Board on June 16, 1987 and June 23, 1987 to close Wayne Street between Esther and Greenlawn, the 1300 block of East Altgeld Street and the 1800 block of Wilber Street for neighborhood block parties to be held on July 4, 1987 and recommends approval of the requests. It was noted that the parade requested by residents of South Wayne Street will consist of adults and children walking in the street. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the recommendations as submitted by the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and Police Department Traffic Division were accepted and the requests as outlined above were approved. APPROVE TITLE SHEET - APOSTOLIC TEMPLE VILLAGE. INC. Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the project which entails the construction of a sanitary sewer system for the Apostolic Temple Village, (retirement and youth facilities), at 17400 Inwood Road, is being submitted at this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION - SECONDHAND DEALER Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following one (1) secondhand dealers license application has been received: NAME: Tulsa's Half -Century Collectibles BY: Ronnie Lee Ervin ADDRESS: 1416 Leer Street FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: Furniture, collectibles, antiques, glassware, etc. Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations have been received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, Department of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire Department on the above application. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above license application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance of a license. APPROVE SIDEWALK SALE PERMIT APPLICATIONS Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the following Sidewalk Sale Permit applications were approved, subject to any ingress and egress requirements of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting being met, and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance of the appropriate permits: NAME: OSCO DRUG #822 BY: Jeffrey Reynolds LOCATION: 128 South Michigan Street DATES: July 4-5, 1987 NAME: TOM'S RESTAURANT BY: Michael Medich LOCATION: 131 South Lafayette Blvd. DATES: July 4, 1987
