FUFA <br />RIEWALA <br />REGULAR MEETING JUNE 30. 1987 <br />party. Mr. Leszczynski further advised that the Bureau of <br />Traffic and Lighting and the Police Department Traffic Division <br />have reviewed this request and recommend approval. <br />Additionally, Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Bureau of Traffic <br />and Lighting and the Police Department Traffic Division have <br />reviewed the requests submitted to the Board on June 16, 1987 and <br />June 23, 1987 to close Wayne Street between Esther and Greenlawn, <br />the 1300 block of East Altgeld Street and the 1800 block of <br />Wilber Street for neighborhood block parties to be held on July <br />4, 1987 and recommends approval of the requests. It was noted <br />that the parade requested by residents of South Wayne Street will <br />consist of adults and children walking in the street. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />Vance and carried, the recommendations as submitted by the Bureau <br />of Traffic and Lighting and Police Department Traffic Division <br />were accepted and the requests as outlined above were approved. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - APOSTOLIC TEMPLE VILLAGE. INC. <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the project <br />which entails the construction of a sanitary sewer system for the <br />Apostolic Temple Village, (retirement and youth facilities), at <br />17400 Inwood Road, is being submitted at this time for <br />execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by <br />Mr. Vance and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was <br />approved and signed. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION - SECONDHAND DEALER <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following one (1) secondhand <br />dealers license application has been received: <br />NAME: Tulsa's Half -Century Collectibles <br />BY: Ronnie Lee Ervin <br />ADDRESS: 1416 Leer Street <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: Furniture, collectibles, antiques, <br />glassware, etc. <br />Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations <br />have been received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />Department of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire <br />Department on the above application. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above <br />license application was approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's office for issuance of a license. <br />APPROVE SIDEWALK SALE PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the following Sidewalk Sale Permit applications were <br />approved, subject to any ingress and egress requirements of the <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting being met, and referred to the <br />Deputy Controller's office for issuance of the appropriate <br />permits: <br />NAME: <br />OSCO DRUG #822 <br />BY: <br />Jeffrey Reynolds <br />LOCATION: <br />128 South Michigan Street <br />DATES: <br />July 4-5, 1987 <br />NAME: <br />TOM'S RESTAURANT <br />BY: <br />Michael Medich <br />LOCATION: <br />131 South Lafayette Blvd. <br />DATES: <br />July 4, 1987 <br />
