REGULAR MEETING MAY 19, 1987 ETHNIC FESTIVAL July 4-5, 1987 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Michigan Street between Washington and Western Ave. ETHNIC FESTIVAL PARADE July 4, 1987 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon Lafayette and Williams Streets between Washington and Western. BICYCLE RACE July 4, 1987 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Lafayette and Williams Streets between Washington and Western FESTIVAL SET-UP June 30, 1987 - July 6, 1987 Michigan Street between Washington - Western FESTIVAL 5-RUN July 4, 1987 Northside Boulevard run route requested must be changed due to closure of Greenlawn Street. New route to be submitted. UNITED RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY TOUR July 4-5, 1987 Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the above referred to events approved. ETHNIC FESTIVAL BOOTH APPLICATIONS - REFERRED Ms. Denielle Baldwin, Office of Community Affairs, submitted for approval ninety (90) food, craft and display booth applications for the Ethnic Festival. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the applications were referred to the City Controller for review and recommendation. APPROVE SIDEWALK SALE PERMIT APPLICATION Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following Sidewalk Sale Permit Application has been received: NAME: ERICA'S BY: Richard R. Broecker LOCATION: 1602 Mishawaka Avenue DATES: June 5-6, 1987 ITEMS TO BE SOLD: Needlework and craft items Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance of the appropriate permit. APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the following one (1) handicapped parking permit application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance of a permit: 1. Joseph J. Guentert 3510 E. Corby, S.B.
