Copies of price adjustments will <br />be furnished to verify price changes for the <br />length of the contract. <br />41,600. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above bids were referred to Mr. Phil St. Clair, <br />Director, Division of Equipment Services, for review and <br />recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BID - DEMOLITION - 1235 & 1237 W. WASHINGTON AND <br />RECONSTRUCTION - 1233 W. WASHINGTON <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the <br />receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to <br />project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in <br />the Tri-County News and the South Bend Tribune which were found to <br />be sufficient. <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that C.S. Ehinger, 4802 East 12th Street, <br />Kansas City, Missouri and Action Wrecking, Inc., 7461 South Lowe <br />Avenue, Chicago, Illinois have advised that they are unable to <br />submit a bid at this time. <br />The following bid was opened and read: <br />HARRY H. VERKLER, CONTRACTOR, INC. <br />645 N. Wilber St. <br />South Bend, Indiana 46619-0608 <br />Bid was signed by Fred H. Lusk, President, Non -Collusion <br />Affidavit was in order and a 10% Bid Bond was submitted. <br />BID: Demolition of 1237 W. Washington $ 8,765.00 <br />Demolition of 1235 W.
