and Safety, Memorial Hospital, 615 North Michigan Street, South
Bend, Indiana, has informed the Board that on May 14, 1988 at
10:00 a.m. a fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association
will take place in the immediate area surrounding Memorial
Hospital. The event, a "Walk With Your Doc" will attract fifty
(50) physicians and approximately one thousand (1,000)
individuals who will participate in the one (1) mile walk.
Mr. Kolber further advised that the walkers will assemble on
Hospital property with the walk proceeding north on Main Street
to Park Lane, west to Lafayette, north to the river, east on
Riverside to Michigan Street, south to Navarre, west to
Lafayette, north to Bartlett, east to Main Street and back to
Memorial property. The entire event should be completed by
Therefore, Mr. Kolber requested that the following streets be
barricaded for this event:
Main Street from Bartlett to Park Lane
