• <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 7, 1988 <br />1. MTM Catering, Inc. <br />501 North Niles Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />2. B & J Excavation, Inc. <br />1737 North Elmer Street <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Excavation Bond for Braunsdorf, Inc., be released effective March <br />7, 1988. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. <br />DeClercq and carried, the above referred to Excavation Bond was <br />released. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - MC GILL STREET CUL-DE-SAC <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for McGill Street <br />cul-de-sac, Airport Industrial Park Phase IV, was presented at <br />this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above referred to <br />Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the following one (1) handicapped parking permit <br />application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance of a permit: <br />1. Mary L. Shirk <br />3903 Ardmore Tr., S.B. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the street light outage report <br />submitted for the month of February indicates that a total of <br />ninety-six (96) outages were reported, that the average repair <br />took three (3) days and that the standard deviation was two (2) <br />days. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />Leszczynski and carried, the report as submitted was accepted and <br />filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of twenty-six (26) properties cleaned from February 26, <br />1988 to March 3, 1988, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the following three (3) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION, HANDICAP TOW AWAY ZONE - 515 S. <br />Jackson. (William F. Hehlinski, Hyper-Trothic <br />Degenerated Arthritis). <br />2. REMOVAL OF NO PARKING - South side of Wall-Greenlawn <br />to Ironwood. <br />3. NEW INSTALLATION, HANDICAP AND TOW AWAY ZONE - 1329 Fisher. <br />(Mr. Lloyd Taylor has degenerative disc disease <br />of spine - spinal stenasis of lumbar spine and diabetes). <br />It was noted that the new installation of a designated <br />handicapped parking space at 1329 Fisher Street is in response to <br />
