42 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 13, 1989 <br />DEPARTMENT OF CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP CREW ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to clean-up one <br />thousand (1,000) sites within the Community Development <br />Neighborhood Revitalization Area. The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $82,650.00. <br />DEPARTMENT OF CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal.for this activity is to conduct three <br />thousand (3,000) inspections. The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $201,400.00. <br />LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAM OF NORTHERN <br />INDIANA, INC. <br />LEGAL SERVICES ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide six <br />hundred (600) persons with legal counseling or referral <br />services. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $36,600.00. <br />SOUTH BEND HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION <br />HUMAN RIGHTS STAFF ATTORNEY ACTIVITY <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $13,000.00. <br />LA SALLE PARK DISTRICT COUNCIL, INC. <br />LA SALLE-FILLMORE NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER <br />The targeted goal for this activity is for the Center to be <br />open two hundred forty (240) days for public access to the <br />Center and the services it provides. The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $10,450.00. <br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION OF ST. <br />JOSEPH COUNTY <br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ <br />SURVEY RECORDS <br />The targeted goals for this activity are: <br />- assistance in obtaining neighborhood historic district <br />designations; <br />- provide technical assistance on the implications of <br />multiple resource district designation; <br />- disseminate information on economic benefits of <br />preservation; <br />- updating historic sites survey and providing a copy <br />of the update to Economic Development for staff use; <br />- conduct reviews of federally funded projects; <br />- technical assistance to the Community Development <br />planning staff and recipients of C.D. funds as <br />requested. <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $6,650.00. <br />MADISON CENTER, INC. <br />RAPE CRISIS COUNSELING <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to counsel thirty <br />(30) victims and provide outreach and support services <br />to nine hundred (900) non -victim individuals.
