An additional $30,000.00 <br />will be released to NHS as they document they have secured <br />the "matching" funds. <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY <br />HOUSING REHABILITATION FUND ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to assist forty <br />(40) households in their housing rehabilitation efforts. <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed <br />$388,600.00. $148,000.00 of these funds must be used for <br />housing assistance within the West Washington/Chapin area. <br />BUREAU OF HOUSING <br />BUREAU OF HOUSING MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION ACTIVITY <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed <br />$323,000.00. <br />RENEW, INCORPORATED <br />RENEW, INC. ACQUISITION/REHABILITATION ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to acquire and re- <br />habilitate two (2) single family housing units. The total <br />cost of this activity shall not exceed $30,000.00. <br />CANCO, INC. <br />CANCO NEGLECT PREVENTION ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide crisis <br />intervention counseling to sixty-five (65) families <br />within the Community Development Neighborhood Re- <br />vitalization Area. The total cost of this activity <br />shall not exceed $24,700.00. <br />REAL SERVICES, INC. <br />OLDER ADULT CRIME VICTIM PROGRAM ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to counsel five <br />hundred fifty (550) victims. The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $9,650.00. <br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION <br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE ADMINISTRATION <br />The targeted goals for this activity are: <br />- to provide administrative and service support for all <br />programs and areas to be served. To assist in the <br />significant improvement of the condition of three <br />(3) housing units in the Monroe Park and three (3) <br />housing units in the Chapin NRD areas. <br />- to provide administrative and service support for the <br />Near West Side Commercial Loan Program. To assist in <br />the significant improvement of the condition of three <br />(3) commercial structures in the Chapin/Washington <br />commercial area. <br />- to work, in partnership, with the Monroe Park Develop- <br />ment Corporation to build new housing units within <br />Monroe Park. <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $45,000.00. <br />
