REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 13, 1989 <br />MONROE PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />MONROE PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PROGRAMS <br />The targeted goals for the activities under this Contract <br />are <br />New Construction - to assist in the new construction <br />of one (1) new single family housing unit. <br />Acquisition/Rehab - to acquire, rehab, and sell or <br />rent two (2) housing structures. <br />The total amount of this activity shall not exceed <br />$30,000.00. <br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL, INC. <br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL <br />The targeted goal for this activity is for the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Center to be open two hundred forty (240) days <br />for public access to the Center and the services it <br />provides. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed <br />$5,000.00. <br />YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY <br />WOMEN'S CRISIS SHELTER ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide shelter <br />to one hundred seventy-five (175) women and children. The <br />total cost of this activity shall not exceed $25,950.00. <br />SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INC. <br />SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION SERVICE <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide five <br />thousand (5,000) one-way trips to elderly and handicapped <br />persons residing within the corporate boundaries of the City <br />of South Bend. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $30,400.00. <br />CENTER CITY ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />CENTER CITY ASSOCIATES, INC. MATCH <br />The Agency will assist in the marketing and promotion of <br />downtown business activities and develop and implement a <br />downtown revitalization program based upon a public/ <br />private partnership. The Agency will also administer <br />a commercial loan/grant fund in the Central Business <br />District. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $20,000.00. <br />DIVISION OF ECONOMICDEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS ASSISTANCE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide <br />comprehensive monitoring of the Commercial Revolving Loan <br />Fund and assist in the organizational development of the <br />Neighborhood Business Development program.
