OF INDIANA TO CONDUCT MOTORCYCLE RIDE TO BENEFIT <br />MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY - SEPTEMBER 2 1990 <br />Mr. Danny Dunn, Director, Region I, A.B.A.T.E., 1618 Leer <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana, advised that on Sunday, September <br />2, 1990, A.B.A.T.E. of Indiana, Region I, will be sponsoring a <br />benefit motorcycle ride for Muscular Dystrophy. Mr. Dunn <br />advised that each participant pledges a minimum of twenty <br />dollars ($20.00) to ride and all of the proceeds collected from <br />this event are donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. <br />Therefore, Mr. Dunn requested permission and assistance to <br />bring the ride through the City of South Bend. Mr. Dunn <br />submitted with the request the route of the ride and the <br />intersections that will be in need of traffic control. <br />OF CITY AWNING OF SOUTH BEND TO INSTALL CANOPIES AT: <br />108 NORTH MAIN (STORM'NS NITE CLUB) <br />416 E. HOWARD STREET (V & F MINI MART) <br />Mr. Hank Craft, Sales Representative, City Awning of South <br />Bend, 1835 South Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana, <br />requested permission to install a canopy at the main entrance <br />to Storm'ns Nite Club at 108 North Main Street. Mr. Craft <br />submitted with the request a drawing indicating the canopy <br />dimensions and details. <br />Additionally, Mr. Craft requested permission to install a <br />canopy at V & F Mini Mart, 416 East Howard Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. A drawing indicating the canopy dimensions and <br />details was also submitted with the request. <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the above referred to requests <br />be referred to the appropriate City departments and bureaus for <br />review and recommendation. Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion <br />which carried. <br />
