MADISON STREET IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOLY DAY SERVICES AT THE TEMPLE - SEPTEMBER 19-20 AND SEPTEMBER 28-29 1990 Mr. David L. Cohn, President, Temple Beth -El, 305 West Madison Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested that parking on both sides of the Temple block on West Madison Street and North Lafayette Boulevard be allowed in conjunction with Holy Day Services that will be taking place on the following dates: Wednesday September 19 8:15 p.m. Thursday September 20 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 P.M. Friday September 28 8:15 p.m. Saturday September 29 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - OF A.B.A.T.E. OF INDIANA TO CONDUCT MOTORCYCLE RIDE TO BENEFIT MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY - SEPTEMBER 2 1990 Mr. Danny Dunn, Director, Region I, A.B.A.T.E., 1618 Leer Street, South Bend, Indiana, advised that on Sunday, September 2, 1990, A.B.A.T.E. of Indiana, Region I, will be sponsoring a benefit motorcycle ride for Muscular Dystrophy. Mr. Dunn advised that each participant pledges a minimum of twenty dollars ($20.00) to ride and all of the proceeds collected from this event are donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Therefore, Mr. Dunn requested permission and assistance to bring the ride through the City of South Bend. Mr. Dunn submitted with the request the route of the ride and the intersections that will be in need of traffic control. OF CITY AWNING OF SOUTH BEND TO INSTALL CANOPIES AT: 108 NORTH MAIN (STORM'NS NITE CLUB) 416 E. HOWARD STREET (V & F MINI MART) Mr. Hank Craft, Sales Representative, City Awning of South Bend, 1835 South Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested permission to install a canopy at the main entrance to Storm'ns Nite Club at 108 North Main Street. Mr. Craft submitted with the request a drawing indicating the canopy dimensions and details. Additionally, Mr. Craft requested permission to install a canopy at V & F Mini Mart, 416 East Howard Street, South Bend, Indiana. A drawing indicating the canopy dimensions and details was also submitted with the request. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the above referred to requests be referred to the appropriate City departments and bureaus for review and recommendation. Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion which carried.
