I T.- sz REGULAR MEETING MARCH 12, 1990 South Bend, Indiana. It was noted that all vehicles have been stored more than fifteen (15) days, identification checks had been run for auto theft and the owners and lienholders notified. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the above request was approved and a date of March 26, 1990, was established for the receiving and opening of sealed bids. APPROVE REQUEST OF VFW TO CONDUCT POPPY DAY SALES - MAY 18-19, 1990 Mrs. DeClercq advised that the appropriate City departments and bureaus have reviewed the above referred to request which was submitted to the Board on February 26, 1990 and approval is recommended. Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE REQUEST OF CRIME STOPPERS TO CONDUCT MOONLIGHT WALK AGAINST CRIME - JUNE 10, 1990 Mrs. DeClercq stated that the pertinent City departments and bureaus have reviewed the above referred to request which was submitted to the Board on February 26, 1990 and approval is recommended. Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the request be approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. FILING OF SCHEDULE OF FEES - VEHICLE REMOVAL SERVICE LICENSE Mrs. DeClercq advised that Steve and Gene's Auto/Truck Salvage and Repairs, 3109 South Gertrude, South Bend, Indiana, has submitted to the Board for filing a Schedule of Fees which is one (1) of the ordinance requirements for a Vehicle Removal Service license. Board Attorney Jenny Pitts Manier noted that she is unaware if Steve and Gene's have taken any of the other required steps to acquire this license. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the Schedule as submitted be accepted and filed. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried and the following Schedule of Fees was accepted for filing: STEVE & GENE'S AUTO/TRUCK SALVAGE AND REPAIRS 3109 South Gertrude Street P.O. Box 2883 South Bend, Indiana 46680 Cars and light trucks - towing: $40.00 Storage Charge for cars and light trucks: $ 5.00 Extra charge for roll back - wheels off: $20.00 Winched out: $25.00 APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND Mr. Michael P. Meeks, Director, Division of Engineering, recommended that the Excavation Bond for Ferguson Michiana, Inc., be approved effective February 4, 1990. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the above referred to Excavation Bond was approved. APPROVE TITLE SHEETS Mrs. DeClercq advised that the Title Sheets for the following projects were being presented at this time for execution: 1. Shoney's Restaurant, Roseland, Indiana Sewer/Water
