<br />RIGHT-OF-WAY REFERRED TO AS TRIANGLE PARK FOR THE FOLLOWING

<br />In a letter to the Board, Ms. Barbara Gatto, District
<br />Representative, Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc., District 13,
<br />808 Golden Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, advised that District 13
<br />within the Near Northwest Neighborhood requests permission to
<br />conduct the above referred to events. Mrs. DeClercq made a
<br />motion that the requests be referred to the appropriate City
<br />departments and bureaus for review and recommendation. Mr.
<br />Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried.
<br />REQUEST OF MAURICE MATTHYS LITTLE LEAGUE, INC. TO CONDUCT PARADE
<br />- MAY 12, 1990 - REFERRED
<br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Richard L. Allen, President,
<br />Maurice Matthys Little League, Inc., Box 3074, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, requested permission to conduct a parade on Saturday,
<br />May 12, 1990 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Mr. Allen advised that the
<br />parade will begin at the Matthys Little League ballpark, proceed
<br />east on Meadow Lane to Edison, north on Edison and Villageway to
<br />Washington, east on Washington to Gladstone, north on Gladstone
<br />to Linden, west on Linden to Lombardy Drive, south on Lombardy to
<br />Ford, west on Ford to Sample, east on Sample to Evergreen and
<br />then south on Evergreen to the ballpark. Mr. Allen further
<br />advised that approximately sixty (60) vehicles will participate
<br />in the parade. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the request be
<br />referred to the appropriate City departments and bureaus for
<br />review and recommendation. Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion
<br />which carried.
<br />REQUEST OF CHET WAGGONER LITTLE LEAGUE TO CONDUCT PARADE - MAY 5,
<br />1990 - REFERRED
<br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Vincent T. DeLalla, Vice -President,
<br />Chet Waggoner Little League, 18588 South Cypress Circle, South
<br />Bend, Indiana, requested permission to conduct a parade on
<br />Saturday, May 5, 1990 beginning at 8:00 a.m. Mr. DeLalla stated
<br />that the parade will begin at the Stanley Coveleski Regional
<br />Baseball Stadium parking lot on Taylor Street and then proceed
<br />north on Taylor Street to Washington, east on Washington to
<br />William Street, north on William to Portage Avenue, north on
<br />Portage Avenue to Cleveland Road, east on Cleveland Road to
<br />Riverside Drive and then south on Riverside Drive to the Park
<br />entrance located at the rear of the St. Joseph County Highway
<br />Garage at 3301 Riverside Drive. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion
<br />that the request be referred to the appropriate City departments
<br />and bureaus for review and recommendation. Mrs. DeClercq
<br />seconded the motion which carried.

<br />REFERRED
<br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. William J. Jenkins, 2229 W.
<br />Washington Street, South Bend, Indiana, advised that he is
<br />interested in purchasing City -owned property located at 2218 West
