Mrs. DeClercq made a motion <br />that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded. Box 1272, <br />Mishawaka, Indiana, advised the Board that the White Ribbon <br />Against Pornography Campaign has received permission to hold <br />a rally on Sunday, October 27, 1991 at 3:00 p.m. on the Old <br />Courthouse steps. Because approximately three hundred (300) <br />individuals are expected to attend, they are requesting that <br />they be allowed to block the public sidewalk in front of the <br />Old Courthouse if necessary. <br />- POTAWATOMI ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY, INC. TO CHANGE WALL STREET <br />TO ONE-WAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ZOO BOO ON OCTOBER 26-29 AND <br />ZOOLTIDE ON DECEMBER 6-8, 13-15 AND 20-22, 1991 <br />Ms. Karolyn K. Junz, Operations Manager, Potawatomi <br />Zoological Society, Inc., 500 South Greenlawn, P.O. Box 1764, <br />South Bend, Indiana, requested that Wall Street be designated <br />one-way heading west and that "Caution", "Slow", and "Stop" <br />signs be placed on the streets surrounding the zoo in <br />conjunction with Zoo Boo to be held on October 26-29, 1991 <br />and Zooltide on December 6-8, 13-15 and 20-22, 1991. <br />FOR DESIGNATED HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE AT 505 WEST LA SALLE <br />In a letter to the Board, Ms. Lois Studt, Nurse Aide, on <br />behalf of Dr. Joseph Murphy and Elizabeth Murphy, 505 West <br />LaSalle Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested that two (2) <br />parking spaces in front of the residence at 505 West LaSalle <br />be designated as handicapped parking spaces as there are two <br />(2) handicapped residents. <br />OF CITY AWNING OF SOUTH BEND TO ERECT ENTRANCE CANOPY AT <br />105 EAST JEFFERSON BUILDING <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Robert L. Hinsch, City Awning <br />of South Bend, 1731 South Franklin Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana, requested permission to erect an entrance canopy at <br />105 East Jefferson Building.
