This <br />parcel contains 8.43 acres, more <br />or less, and is <br />subject to legal highway and all <br />restrictions and easements of record, <br />shall be, and hereby is, <br />approved. <br />2. That the Purchase Agreement governing the purchase of the <br />former Maple Lane School, a true and complete copy of which is <br />attached hereto, shall be, and hereby is, approved and ordered <br />executed. <br />3. That the transfer of the former Maple Lane School to the <br />Foundation shall be by warranty deed, executed by the Mayor of <br />the City of South Bend and attested to by the City Clerk of the <br />City of South Bend. <br />4. Parmerlee, Clerk <br />Further, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried, the Lease Agreement, whereby the City <br />assigns to the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, Inc., <br />(formerly the Civic Foundation) that portion of a certain Land <br />Lease made by the City to the United States of America dated May <br />18, 1952, for the property commonly referred to as the Northside <br />Boulevard Armory, was approved and executed. <br />Additionally, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded the <br />Ms. Humphreys and carried, the Exchange Agreement, between the <br />Secretary of the Army, on behalf of the United States of America, <br />the City of South Bend and the Civic Foundation, was approved and <br />executed. <br />Finally, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried, the Environmental Disclosure Document for <br />Transfer of Real Property for the property located at 2402 Rose <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana, was approved and executed. <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT AND ADDENDUM <br />The following Community Development Contract and Addendum were <br />presented to the Board for approval: <br />
