<br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Terry L. Dickerson, 1321 Wall
<br />Street, South Bend, Indiana, advised that a neighborhood
<br />block party has been scheduled for the 1400 block of Wall
<br />Street on Saturday, July 27, 1991 from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00
<br />midnight. Mr. Dickerson noted that the party is open to all
<br />Wall Street residents west of Twyckenham. As in the past,
<br />they would like permission to close Wall Street, from
<br />Chester to Twyckenham, for this event.

<br />Mr. Sean McCormick, McCormick's Coney Island, 125 North
<br />Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested permission to
<br />close the 100 block of Woodward Court, behind McCormick's
<br />Coney Island, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on July 27, 1991 to
<br />conduct a fundraiser barbecue at which admission will be
<br />charged. Mr. McCormick stated that the co-ed softball team
<br />is trying to raise funds to compete in the A�S.A. State
<br />Tournament in Plainsville, Indiana. He further noted that
<br />security and maintenance are going to be provided by the
<br />co-ed team and a paid security guard will be present.
