Ganser, Trustee, Penn <br />Township. <br />BID: $3,000.00 for one (1) Lot of ten (10) Survivair Mark <br />II SCBA, 30 Minute LP Series 9842. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above bids were referred to the Fire Department <br />for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATION - STATE THEATRE MAROUEE ROOF REPAIR <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the <br />receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for roof repairs to <br />the State Theatre Marquee. The following Quotation was received <br />and read: <br />NORTH CENTRAL ROOFING, INC. <br />1118 North Logan Street <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, <br />Bid was submitted by Mr. Thomas R. Parkinson, President. <br />TOTAL BASE BID: $12,592.00 <br />TOTAL ALTERNATE 41: $ 9,989.00 <br />TOTAL ALTERNATE 42: $ 1,291.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the Quotation was referred to the Engineering <br />Department and the Department of Economic Development for review <br />and recommendation. <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS AND ADDENDA <br />The following Community Development Contracts and Addenda were <br />presented to the Board for approval: <br />NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES <br />NHS HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS <br />The targeted goals for this activity include providing <br />administrative and technical support for the <br />Acquisition/Rehab/Rental and Revolving Loan Programs, to make <br />loans for rehabilitation of six (6) houses through the <br />Reloving Loan Fund, to continue to offer the property at 741 <br />Cottage Grove for sale, to continue the efficient and <br />effective management of twenty-four (24) rental units within <br />the Northwest and Northeast neighborhoods, to -promote <br />homeownership to low/moderate income residents by assisting <br />in the sale of one (1) home to a first time homeowner, <br />hosting a community awareness event with the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Council and to identify by December 31, 1991, <br />what types of projects and activities NHS plans to promote <br />and offer in 1992. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $30,000.00. <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />HOUSING REHAB FUND - MONROE PARK <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to acquire, through <br />long-term lease, and rehabilitate ten (10) residential units <br />for rental to low/moderate income (less than eighty per cent <br />(80D) of median) households. The total cost of this activity <br />shall not exceed $380,000.00. <br />
