154 <br />REGULAR MEETING MAY 13. 1991 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at <br />9:37 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 1991, by Board President John E. <br />Leszczynski. Also present were Board members Patricia E. <br />DeClercq and Katherine Humphreys and Board Attorney Jenny Pitts <br />Manier. <br />.APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board held <br />on May 6, 1991, were approved. <br />OPENING OF SEALED BIDS - FIFTY (50) COMPLETE SURVIVAIR MARK II <br />SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS, 30 MINUTE LP SERIES 9842 <br />UNITS AND FIVE (5) SURVIVAIR MARK II 60 MINUTE HP, SERIES 9870 <br />UNITS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the <br />receiving of sealed bids for the sale of the above referred to <br />equipment which the Fire Department has declared obsolete and <br />offered for sale. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of <br />Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which <br />were found to be sufficient.
