REGULAR MEETING APRIL 29, 1991 transfer of the Real Property from the Commission, said transfer to be for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, and to be effectuated by way of warranty deed from the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment to the City of South Bend, Indiana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the transfer of the following described real property by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to the City of'South Bend, acting by and through its Board of Public Works: A parcel of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, City of South Bend Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, being Lots 6 and 7 of Birdsell Mfg. Co. Subdivision as recorded in Book 1, Page 48 at the St. Joseph County Recorder's office in South Bend, Indiana and described as follows: COMMENCING at an iron on the Northwest corner of Lot 9 in Birdsell Mfg. Co.'s Subdivision and also being on the East right-of-way line of Columbia Street; thence South 00*00105" West (bearing assumed), 87.00 feet along said East right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning; thence North 88021117" East, 134.70 feet to the West right-of-way line of a 10.00 foot alley; thence South 00000105" West, 101.00 feet along said West right-of-way line; thence South 88021117" West, 134.70 feet to the East right-of-way line of Columbia Street; thence North 00*00105" East 101.00 feet along said East right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning , and containing 0.3123 acres, more or less, and is subject to all easements, restrictions and or covenants of record. Commonly known as 622 South Columbia Street, South Bend, (the "Real Property") for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, and by way of warranty deed from the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be, and hereby is, approved. 2. That the transfer of the Real Property shall be effectuated by warranty deed executed and attested to, respectively, by the President and Secretary of the Commission. 3.
