REGULAR MEETING APRIL 29, 1991 from the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, which sublease was executed by the Board on April 15, 1991; and WHEREAS, Sub -Lease contained an inaccurate legal description of the property at 310 East South Street, which inaccuracy the Board now desires to correct; and WHEREAS, the Board desires to approve and execute an addendum to the lease (Addendum"), that being a revised Exhibit "B" reflecting the correct legal description, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: 1. That the Sub -Lease shall be, and hereby is, amended by correcting the legal description to read as set forth in Attachment 1 hereto. 2. That the execution and and attestation of the Addendum, a true and complete copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment 1, shall be and hereby is approved and ordered. 3. DeClercq s/Katherine Humphreys RESOLUTION NO. 19-1991 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING A SUBLEASE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is lessee of the following described real property owned by the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority") under the Lease -Purchase Agreement dated as of November 1, 1989, and approved and modified on the 16th day of February, 1990, (the 'Lease") : Lot Numbered Nine (9) as shown on the recorded Plat of Birdsell Manufacturing Company's Subdivision of Lots Numbered Twenty-four (24) and Twenty-five (25) in Denniston and Fellows Addition to the Town, now the City of South Bend. Commonly known as 618 South Columbia, South Bend; and WHEREAS, the Commission, in Resolution 993, adopted on April 26, 1991, expressed its desire to sublease the Real Property to the City of South Bend, Indiana; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend is desirous of leasing the Real Property from the Commission; and WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36-9-6-3, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend (the "Board") has custody of and may maintain all real property of the City of South Bend; and 1 WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11-8, the City of South Bend,
