�35 REGULAR MEETING APRIL 29, 1991 Subdivision of the Southern part of Bank Out Lot Numbered 80 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, Key Nos. 18-1045-196001, commonly known as 1307-11 West Washington Street, South Bend, (collectively referred to herein as the "Real Property") shall be, And hereby is approved, subject to the adoption of a resolution by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, substantially identical in its terms and conditions to this resolution. 2. That the transfer of the Real Property shall be by Quitclaim Deed, executed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Parmerlee, Clerk ADOPT RESOLUTIONS AND APPROVE SUB -LEASE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: - RESOLUTION NO. 17-1991 - TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AT 622 SOUTH COLUMBIA BY THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO THE CITY - RESOLUTION NO. 18-1991 AND ADDENDUM I - SUB -LEASE BETWEEN REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE CITY - 310 EAST SOUTH STREET RESOLUTION NO. 19-1991 - 618 SOUTH COLUMBIA - RESOLUTION NO. 20-1991 - 312 EAST SOUTH - RESOLUTION NO. 21-1991 - 609 SOUTH COLUMBIA - RESOLUTION NO. 22-1991 - 602 SOUTH CARROLL - RESOLUTION NO. 23-1991 - 310 EAST SOUTH Board Attorne�T Jenny Pitts Manier advised that Resolution No. 17-1991 relates to the transfer of property at 622 South Columbia from the Redevelopment Commission to the City of South Bend for eventual transfer to a not -for -profit entity for rehabilitation. Resolution No. 18-1991 approves the execution_ of an Addendum to a Sublease for the property located at 310 East South Street. It is noted that the Board of Public Works originally approved the Sublease Agreement for this property on April 15, 1991. Mrs. Manier noted that this Addendum corrects minor inaccuracies contained in the legal description of this property. Mrs. Manier further advised the Board that Resolution Nos. 19-1991 through 23-1991 approve the sublease of properties located at 618 South Columbia, 312 East South Street, 609 South Columbia, 602 South Carroll and 310 East South Street to the City of South Bend from the Redevelopment Commission for eventual transfer to a not -for -profit entity for rehabilitation. It is noted that attached to Resolution Nos. 19-1991 and 20-1991 were the appropriate Sublease Agreements and that Sublease Agreements for the properties referred to in Resolution Nos. 21-22 and 23-1991 located at 609 South Columbia, 602 South Carroll and 310 East South Street, were approved by the Board on April 15, 1991.
