REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 7. 1992 Department and South Bend Community School Corporation have approved. Extra barricades at Twyckenham, Wall, Greenlawn and Kid's Kingdom. Ms. Dobski noted that all filming will be done inside of John Adams High School. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that this request be approved, subject to favorable recommendations being received from the appropriate City departments and bureaus concerning this request. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. SE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - SALE OF Mrs. Kathy Dempsey, Director, Department of Code Enforcement, requested permission to advertise for the sale of approximately fifteen (15) abandoned vehicles, which are being stored at Super Auto Salvage Corporation, 3300 South Main Street, South Bend, Indiana. It was noted that all vehicles have been stored more than fifteen (15) days, identification checks had been run for auto theft and the owners and lienholders notified. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and carried, the above request was approved and a date of December 21, 1992, was established for the receiving and opening of sealed bids. APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS INSPECTION OF PUMP NO. 3 AND APPURTENANCES - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT In a Memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, on behalf of the Division of Environmental Services, requested that the Board advertise for the receipt of bids for the Inspection of Pump No. 3 and Appurtenances at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Mr. Littrell noted that this project will provide for the inspection and cleaning of the main raw sewage pump No. 3. Prices are also being solicited for replacement of the pump if inspection should happen to show that it is necessary to do so. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the request be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. Chlebowski, Interim Superintendent, Division of Equipment Services, requested, on behalf of the Police Department, that the Board advertise for the receipt of bids for twenty-four (24), more or less, 1993 police patrol automobiles and two (2) full size vans., Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the request be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried.
