REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 23, 1992 <br />APPROVE CONSENTS TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE• <br />- DAVID-& PATRICIA LEEGE <br />- INDIANA WASTE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in,receipt of a Consent <br />to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate from David C. <br />and Patricia A. Leege, 51963 South Shoreham Court, South Bend, <br />Indiana. This Consent is in reference to Lot No. 166 of River <br />Commons, Section Six, Addition to the City of South Bend (Key No. <br />02-1239-9765). In consideration for permission to tap into the <br />public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary <br />sewer service to their property, the Leege's waive and release <br />any and all rights to object or oppose future annexation of the <br />real estate by the City of South Bend. <br />Additionally, Mr. Donald R. Price, President and Mr. Dennis M. <br />Wilt, Secretary, Indiana Waste Systems, Inc., 20645 West Ireland <br />Road, P.O. Box 2347, South Bend, Indiana, submitted a Consent to <br />Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate, in regards to <br />property referred to in the legal description contained in the <br />Consent as Ireland Road Extension, Key No. 01-1014-0298.02 and <br />01-1014-0299. <br />Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the Consents be <br />accepted and approved.
