The City will be
responsible for ten per cent (10%) of all eligible costs as
audited by the Indiana Department of Transportation on behalf of
the Federal Highway Administration. The estimated cost of the
Greenlawn crossing is $128,000 and the estimated cost of the 30th
Street crossing is $127,000. The City's share will be $12,800.00
plus $12,700 for a total of $25,500.00. Mr. Littrell recommended
approval of these Agreements pending appropriation of the needed
funds.
Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Agreements as
submitted be approved and executed.
