REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 14, 1992 contained an error and therefore the bid amount is $85.00 less than the amount originally read. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the bid awarded. APPROVE GUS MACKER INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS Board Attorney and Member Mary H. Mueller advised that in conjunction with the Gus Macker 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament that will be held on September 19-20, 1992, along the East Race Waterway, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreements with various property owners in the area allowing individuals in conjunction with the event to park in their parking lots have been submitted for approval and execution. It is noted that Indemnification Agreements have been submitted from the following: 1. REQUESTS REFERRED: Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the following requests were referred to the appropriate City departments and bureaus for review and recommendation: OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY RIGHT TO LIFE, INC., TO OCCUPY PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY TO CONDUCT "LIFE CHAIN" - OCTOBER 4. 1992 In a letter to the Board, Ms. Virginia Black, Co-ordinator for LIFE CHAIN, St. Joseph County Right to Life, Inc., 320 North Lafayette Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, requested permission to occupy the public right-of-way to conduct their annual LIFE CHAIN on National Life Chain Sunday, on October 4, 1992 beginning at 2:30 p.m.
