REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 14, 1992 <br />contained an error and therefore the bid amount is $85.00 less <br />than the amount originally read. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and carried, the <br />recommendation was accepted and the bid awarded. <br />APPROVE GUS MACKER INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS <br />Board Attorney and Member Mary H. Mueller advised that in <br />conjunction with the Gus Macker 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament that <br />will be held on September 19-20, 1992, along the East Race <br />Waterway, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreements with <br />various property owners in the area allowing individuals in <br />conjunction with the event to park in their parking lots have <br />been submitted for approval and execution.
