The following described property shall be traded in on <br />an even exchange for the following described property of a <br />similar nature: <br />PROPERTY TO BE TRADED -IN: <br />TWO (2) 1991 HARLEY DAVIDSON <br />POLICE MOTORCYCLES <br />UNIT #727 - VIN. <br />#lHD1DAL13MY508892 <br />UNIT #729 - VIN. <br />#1HD1DAL10MY505741 <br />PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED: TWO (2) HARLEY DAVIDSON 1993 <br />POLICE MOTORCYCLES FLHT-P <br />CYCLES <br />VIN. #lHD1DAL19PY500705 <br />VIN. #lHD1DAL11PY500276 <br />2. That the latter described property, in No. 1 immediately <br />above, shall be acquired from McDaniels Harley Davidson Sales, <br />1010 Lincolnway East, South Bend, Indiana, as an even exchange of <br />the former described property, in No. 1 immediately above. <br />3. Mueller, Member <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR TERMINATION OF LEASE - PALAIS ROYALE <br />Chief Assistant City Attorney Jenny Pitts Manier addressed the <br />Board concerning this Agreement and advised that the <br />Redevelopment Authority has purchased the Palais Royale <br />building. A Lease previously existed between the former owners <br />and the City of South Bend for space which included the box <br />office of the Morris Civic the mezzanine and the ballroom. The <br />Agreement submitted today terminates that Lease and therefore <br />frees up the amount of lease funds which the City will return to <br />the general fund. Ms. Manier noted that the Redevelopment <br />Authority approved the termination of lease on August 21, 1992. <br />Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Agreement for <br />Termination of Lease be approved and executed. Mrs. Mueller <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 3 - AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT <br />NEEDS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - TRIAD ENGINEERING INC. (WASTEWATER <br />Mr. John J. Dillon, Director, Division of Environmental Services, <br />submitted to the Board Amendment #3 to an Agreement between the <br />City of South Bend and Triad Engineering Incorporated, 325 East <br />Chicago Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is noted that on <br />September 3, 1991, the Board of Public Works entered into an <br />Agreement with Triad Engineering for the South Bend Maintenance <br />Management Needs Assessment Program for the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant. <br />
