Norris, Project Manager, West <br />Washington -Chapin Revitalization Project, Department of Economic <br />Development, requesting that the Board advertise for the receipt <br />of bids for the demolition of the following buildings: <br />1216 West Washington <br />1327 West Washington <br />1327 1/2 West Washington <br />Mr. Norris noted that all of the properties are within the West <br />Washington -Chapin Development Area and are owned by the South <br />Bend Department of Redevelopment. <br />Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the above referred to requests be <br />approved.
