Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion <br />which carried. <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADDENDUM <br />The following Community Development Addendum was presented to the <br />Board for approval: <br />ADDENDUM III <br />NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES OF SOUTH BEND <br />NHS REVOLVING LOAN FUND ACTIVITY <br />Addendum II allows disposition costs in foreclosed property. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the Addendum was approved and executed. <br />APPROVE REPORT OF CONTRACT FINAL INSPECTION - CORBY STREET <br />Mr. Joseph Bellina, Division of Engineering, submitted to the <br />Board a Report of Contract Final Inspection and Recommendation for <br />Acceptance for the Corby Boulevard project indicating that a final <br />inspection was conducted and all work was found to be <br />satisfactory. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the Report be <br />accepted and approved. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />APPROVE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS - CITY -OWNED LOTS• <br />- 717 SOUTH ARNOLD <br />- 229 PAGIN STREET <br />In accordance with the bid awarded on September 7, 1993, for the <br />purchase of the City -owned lot at 717 South Arnold Street, in the <br />amount of $250.00 to Mr. Jose R. Duran, 719 South Arnold Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana, a Purchase Agreement was being submitted at <br />this time for Board approval. <br />Additionally, Mr. Johnny Collins, 1317 Linden Avenue, South Bend, <br />Indiana, has signed and submitted a Purchase Agreement for the <br />purchase of the City -owned lot at 229 Pagin Street. It is noted <br />that on September 7, 1993, the Board accepted the bid of $355.00 <br />which Mr. Collins submitted for this property. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. <br />Manier and carried, the Purchase Agreements were approved and the <br />matter referred to the City Attorney's office for drafting of the <br />appropriate Quit -Claim Deeds. <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR STAFF SUPPORT - NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCES AND <br />TECHNICAL SERVICES CORPORATION <br />Ms. Pamela C. Meyer, Director, Planning and Neighborhood <br />Development, Department of Community and Economic Development, <br />submitted to the Board an Agreement for Staff Support between the <br />Neighborhood Resources & Technical Services Corporation and the <br />City of South Bend by and through the Board of Public Works on <br />behalf of the Community and Economic Development Department. <br />Ms. Meyer noted that the Neighborhood Resources and Technical <br />Services Corporation (NRTSC) is a newly formed corporation with <br />members appointed by the Mayor. The general purpose of this <br />corporation is to support and build the capacity of neighborhood <br />organizations within the City. Pursuant to this Agreement the <br />Division of Planning and Neighborhood Development will serve as <br />staff to NRTSC representing the Department of Community and <br />Economic Development. The term of this Agreement shall be July 1, <br />
