Box 78, Goshen, Indiana, for the amount of $7,026.00 <br />which includes a trade-in value of $1,000.00 for the property, in <br />No. 1 immediately above. <br />3. Parmerlee, Clerk <br />UTION NO. 36-1993 - DISPOSAL OF UNFIT AND <br />rnvrr�nli V�n1l.Ll;a t\1VL 1.1101;ZLLANZUUS EQUIPMENT TO BE SOLD AT <br />AUCTION) <br />Mr. Matt Chlebowski, Director, Division of Equipment Services, <br />requested that the Board declare obsolete forty-six (46) vehicles, <br />two (2) truck beds and eight (8) miscellaneous pieces of equipment <br />which will be sold at public auction on October 9, 1993. In this <br />regard, the appropriate Resolution has been prepared declaring <br />this equipment obsolete and no longer needed by the City. Mrs. <br />Manier made a motion that the Resolution be adopted. Mr. Caldwell <br />seconded the motion which carried and the following Resolution no. <br />36-1993 was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 36-1993 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />FOR <br />DISPOSAL OF UNFIT AND/OR OBSOLETE PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the South Bend Board of <br />Public works that the property listed on the attached sheet, <br />consisting of approximately are obsolete or unfit for the purpose <br />for which they were intended and are no longer needed by the City <br />of South Bend: and <br />WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-1-11-6 permits and establishes a <br />procedure for disposal of personal property which is unfit for the <br />purpose for which it was intended and which is no longer needed by <br />the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works <br />of the City of South Bend that the items listed are no longer <br />0 <br />1 <br />
