REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 13, 1993 referred to project. The first Change Order reflects an increase of $16,341.00 for water service. The second Change Order reflects a decrease of $25,727.30 for items including mailbox assembly, underdrains, pipe and trees. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that these Change Orders be approved. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. In response to a question from the news media concerning the status of the opening of Edison Road, Mr. Leszczynski advised that the street is almost ready to open. However, Northern Indiana Public Service is working on a line in a small section that must be completed before the street can be reopened. AWARD BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES Mr. Leszczynski reminded members of the Board that on September 7, 1993, the Board opened bids for the sale of twenty-two (22) abandoned vehicles.
