3'4 4 REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 7, 1993 the Board a Vacation Petition as completed by Mr. Ralph Komasinski, Deputy Superintendent, South Bend Community School Corporation, 635 South Main Street, South Bend, Indiana, to vacate the following property: 1. a. East Milton Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the.west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; b. The first east/west alley south of East Milton Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; C. East Calvert Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; d. The first east/west alley south of East Calvert Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; e. East Bowman Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; f. The first north/south alley east of South Fellows Street from the north right-of-way line of East Calvert Street to the south right-of-way line of East Milton, excluding that area which intersects with the east/west alley; g.
