The post will be <br />located seventy-six inches (7611) from the curb line and <br />twelve inches (1211) from the property line at the northwest <br />corner. <br />OF A.B.A.T.] <br />F INDIANA TC <br />ANNU <br />BENEFIT MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY - SEPTEMBER 5, 1993 <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Alien Gould, Director, Region <br />I, A.B.A.T.E. of Indiana, and Mr. Chris Moore, St. Joseph <br />County Representative, 67150 Mulberry, Lakeville, Indiana, <br />advised that on Sunday, September 5, 1993, A.B.A.T.E. of <br />Indiana, Region I, will be sponsoring a benefit motorcycle <br />ride for Muscular Dystrophy. It was noted that each <br />participant pledges a minimum of twenty dollars ($20.00) to <br />ride and all proceeds collected from this event are donated <br />to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Mr. Gould and Mr. <br />Moore requested traffic control assistance from the City at <br />the various intersections on the route to be utilized. It <br />was noted that the ride will begin at the Crumstown <br />Conservation Club at 12:00 noon. <br />FOR DESIGNATED HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE AT 915 SOUTH 34TH <br />STREET <br />In a letter to the Board, Mrs. Roberta Overmyer, 915 South <br />34th Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested that the parking <br />space in front of her residence be designated as a <br />handicapped parking space. Mrs. Overmyer noted that she <br />walks with a cane and sometimes is in a wheelchair. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell <br />and carried, the following traffic control device was approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION: STOP SIGN (2 WAY) <br />LOCATION: Garland and York <br />REMARKS: Two way stop on Garland at <br />York <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is also in receipt of the <br />following two (2) traffic control devices: <br />2.
